The snail caught me / the gap looks wrong

The gap is rebuilt from your real step history every time you open the app, so it’s always accurate to what HealthKit recorded. If steps are missing, make sure Snailed has Health access (Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Snailed) and that your iPhone was carrying you for those steps.

I bought a sticker or chapter and it didn’t unlock

Open the shop (You tab → Settings → buy stickers / buy lore chapters) and tap Restore Purchases. Non-consumable purchases are tied to your Apple ID and restore for free across devices.

Health, Motion, and Notification permissions

Snailed needs Health and Motion access to count your steps; notifications are optional. iOS resets these if you delete and reinstall the app, so you may be asked to re-grant them — your chase and purchases still come back automatically.

Delete my account / data

You can erase everything from inside the app: Settings → delete account. To request a copy of your data or deletion by email, write to hello@snailed.app and we’ll respond within 30 days.
